Dock arrangements need a closer look
Mound’s Docks and Commons program distinguishes inland assignments from abutting dock sites. The city says inland assignments are waitlisted and do not transfer when a home sells. Abutting sites have different transfer and annual-application requirements. Ask the city which category applies to the exact property.
Check current library services
At this review, Hennepin County marked the Westonka Library building at 2079 Commerce Boulevard closed for renovation. The project describes a replacement library on the same site and records a July 5, 2025 closure. Use the library’s current notice for available services rather than assuming the building is open or repeating a proposed opening date.
