Current Westonka school names and enrollment
Use the current names
Westonka’s district announcement changed Grandview Middle School and Mound Westonka High School to Westonka Middle School and Westonka High School effective July 1, 2025. Older references can still appear in archived documents; use the current names when researching enrollment.
The district’s grade sequence
The enrollment page lists Hilltop Primary and Shirley Hills Primary for K–4, Westonka Middle School for grades 5–7 and Westonka High School for grades 8–12. Shirley Hills and the middle school are listed in Mound; Hilltop and the high school are listed in Minnetrista.
Verify the residence and program
The district provides boundary information and enrollment assistance. Confirm the exact property before relying on a school assignment, and ask about transportation and any program-specific requirements. An application does not guarantee admission. Current district information is more useful than archived awards, rankings or blanket class-size claims.
